Forbes magazine has discovered the attractions of Valencia and dedicates an extensive article signed by the journalist Joanne Shurvell where she describes the reasons for making a stop in the city. The highlights are: Art collections among the best in Europe, combination of history, nature and architecture, exceptional cuisine, excellent bars, nightlife and unique shops.
The recommendation as strengths of the city in the section of history and architecture speaks of the guided tours to San Nicolás and the Central Market building; On the other hand, in relation to contemporary art, it focuses on IVAM and Bombas Gens. To discover Valencia, in Forbes they especially recommend using bicycles and approaching the river bed to walk to the City of Arts and Sciences. The kitchen, with the paella at the top of the list, is another of Valencia’s attractions “a paradise to eat and drink,” according to the magazine. In addition to the places to enjoy eating, Forbes highlights the nightlife of the Barrio del Carmen and Ruzafa, and also stores with local charm and “of all life.”
